WHP Partnership manager and facilitator

Since January 2021, managing the Westminster Homelessness Partnership. Overseeing a range of projects and facilitating the regular meetings of the partners. 

Artemis - System change programme for Changing Futures Westminster

Developed and delivered the first two phases of a programme to improve outccomes for people facing multiple disadvantage and contact with the criminal justice system.  Details here. [2023]

Supporting the CAVDAS Alliance Leadership Team

Working as an associate of the Ideas Alliance, supporting the CAVDAS ALT and staff teams during first year of the alliance. [2022 - 2023]

Support with development of new strategic plan

Supported the CEO during the process to develop CSTM's new strategic plan.

Strategy development for Cardinal Hume Centre

Supported the board and executive team to identify and evaluate options for strategic growth and development. 

Fulfilling Lives Programme

At Revolving Doors, we supported the involvement of people with lived experience in the design of the National Lottery Fulfilling Lives programme.

St Mungo's strategic plan 2016

Led the development of a new strategic plan following the merger between St Mungo's and Broadway. Engagement of stakeholders including clients.

NHS England Liaison & Diversion

Supported the design and roll out of NHS England's Liaison & Diversion services - ensuring wider focus on multiple needs and service user involvement in design and operations.

Worked with board, service user forum, staff and other stakeholders to create new strategy, reorientating to a sustainable business model based on consultancy.

St Mungo's Recovery Approach

Led the development of St Mungo's Recovery Approach, incorporating principles of PIE (psychologically informed environments) and trauma informed care across all services.
